Fauxlio is a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to generate realistic synthetic data, upload files, and analyze structured information. Access requires a registered account.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Fauxlio. Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
• Interfering with or disrupting system integrity
• Using automated systems to scrape or overload our servers

4. Uploaded Content

You retain all rights to files and data you upload to Fauxlio. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze this data solely for providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any content you provide.

5. Payments

Some features of Fauxlio may require payment. All transactions are processed via Stripe. You agree to abide by their terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, or for behavior we deem abusive or harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

Fauxlio and its underlying technology, design, branding, and code are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

Fauxlio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated by the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of Fauxlio.
